Deco Scheduling End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Deco Scheduling application (“Application”), operated by Deco Home Supply LLC.

1. Purpose
Deco Scheduling is an internal business application designed to assist Deco Home Supply LLC with project management, scheduling, and coordination of installation services. The Application may integrate with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace.

2. Authorized Use
The Application is intended only for authorized users of Deco Home Supply LLC. Users may not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the Application for any unauthorized purpose.

3. Third-Party Services
The Application may connect to third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Google services. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.

4. Data and Account Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials. Access to QuickBooks or other third-party data is used only as necessary to provide the Application’s scheduling and business-management functionality.

5. Availability and Accuracy
The Application is provided for internal operational purposes. Deco Home Supply LLC does not guarantee that the Application will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Users should verify important project, scheduling, and financial information when appropriate.

6. Ownership
The Application and its associated processes, configuration, and materials are owned by Deco Home Supply LLC unless otherwise stated.

7. Termination of Access
Deco Home Supply LLC may restrict or terminate access to the Application at any time. Users may also revoke connected third-party account permissions through the applicable service provider.

8. Changes to This Agreement
Deco Home Supply LLC may update this Agreement as the Application or its integrations change. Updates will be posted on this page.
